I was on my way out of town for vacation and realized I had ran out of my Nilo cosmetics and I placed an order that I thought would probably not make it before I left for vacation. I reached out to customer service and they sent my package within two days so that I can make sure I had it before I left on vacation. Great customer service I love their products.
